Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates: I'm am nonbiased, and if I was biased about a situation, I'd call in another admin to help clear the situation. I'd try to be active and listen to both sides of the story before a punishment.  How do you plan to benefit the server?: I will help with minges, mic spammers, RDMers, and all the other rule breakers. I will help make sure there is some calmness. I would help host server events so that it would be an enjoyable time for everyone. Ask each of them their side of the story. Look at the logs. And if I couldn't come up with a solution I would call another admin to give me their opinion about the situation. I would use all that information to make a verdict. I would kick the excessive raider for 30 minutes. Then if he came back and did it again I would increase the ban time.  So forth until I would ask you about a perma. I would ask both side of the stories and check logs each time. Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM is random deathmatch. Killing someone for no RP reason. Give one example and how you would deal with it: EX - A minge joins and starts RDMing the server... I would spectate in vanish then I would ban them for mass rdm for 10 hours. I would increase the ban two more times until a perma, if they came back and did it again. Explain what OOC and IC is in detail: OOC is out of character. Meaning you can not associate anything in RP with OOC. It is the chat you use when trying to talk to the entire server about non RP situations. IC is in character and it means you use this for roleplaying. You use this when you are near someone you are talking to. You can not use anything from OOC in this I , ImagineLlamas, acknowledge that all of this information filled out here is the truth and the only truth,  word for word. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
